Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was a teenager. The Pro Card was awarded a year later, at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. She first began to participate in fitness competitions after quitting her gymnastics career from childhood. She won her Pro Card within a year when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now among the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel was off the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She continued where she was in prior contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for several years after her debut show setting higher targets for herself every year. At the end 2009 she won the titles of four other fitness contests. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel was able to take 6 years to finish her education after earning the Pro Card. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the contest. The summer of 2016 saw her took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very proud of the result. She was up against the very best. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. The warm-up phase is typically done before the workout. Ariel is also known for making use of every minute. The routine she does for her back comprises three or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
