Donald Joseph Qualls - better popularly known as DJ Qualls - is a model, actor, and producer from the US. Since gaining fame with his character in Road Trip, he's appeared in over 20 movies. These include The New Guy Hustle & Flow, The Core and The New Guy Hustle & Flow. In addition, he's appeared in over 22 television shows like Breaking Bad Supernatural and Scrubs. Qualls had been diagnosed as having Hodgkin's Lymphoma at age 14, and has battled it ever since. After two years of treatment his cancer went into remission. But, early treatment had severe effects on his health, and slowed growth. Because he was a child of poor circumstances, he was determined to attain financial stability. After living so modestly over the years I need this level of financial assurance. If not, the world appears to be beyond my control. In an interview, he also reflects on his own childhood. The goal of his is to end bullies. He is a victim of cruelty and breaks his heart. The ideal character for him in films and in his life is that of father. But, he admits that directors don't usually make him the ideal choice for those kinds of jobs. In the future, he'd love to have a baby to allow him to devote more time and more time to his child.
